Your Watch Deserves Careful Hands

Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, though a brief call beforehand is helpful if you have a particular concern to discuss. It allows us to set aside time to look at the watch with you properly.

Crown and stem work generally takes three to seven working days. A full service and refinish package tends to run two to three weeks. Long-stored watch revival can take up to four weeks, depending on what the assessment reveals. We provide a time estimate at drop-off.

We handle a wide range of mechanical and quartz movements from various manufacturers. Highly specialised or unusual pieces may require parts we need to source, which we will explain at the assessment stage. We will always tell you honestly if a watch falls outside what we can handle well.

We contact you before proceeding. The quoted price covers the described service; if anything additional comes up, we explain what it is and what it would cost. You can decide whether to go ahead or collect the watch at its current stage.

It begins with a full written assessment of the watch's condition, followed by careful cleaning and lubrication at a measured pace. The watch is then tested gradually over several days rather than run up to speed immediately. Before collection, we go through care guidance with you so the watch stays in good condition once it is back in use.

Payment is made at collection by cash or bank transfer. For larger jobs such as the Revival service, a deposit of 30% is requested at drop-off. We provide a receipt and a written record of the work completed.
